Your Impact
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work alongside senior advisors to support executive engagements with founder-led and privately held businesses across a variety of industries. You’ll contribute to projects involving operational optimization, strategic planning, revenue improvement, financial organization, and business transformation. Rather than simply delivering recommendations, you’ll help clients implement practical solutions that improve performance and create measurable results.
Every engagement presents a different challenge. One week you may be analyzing business processes and identifying operational bottlenecks. Next, you may be preparing executive presentations, supporting strategic initiatives, or helping develop implementation roadmaps that position a client for sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do
As part of the Executive Advisory team, you may:
- Conduct business and industry research.
- Analyze financial and operational performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
- Participate in client strategy meetings.
- Coordinate with internal specialists and strategic partners.
- Help maintain exceptional client relationships throughout each engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, operations, finance, project management, or business strategy is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and business software.
