1. Services Provided

Our services are advisory in nature only and are designed to provide high-level insights and recommendations based on information provided by the client.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

2. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

All services provided by Nova Capital Consulting are for informational and educational purposes only.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

We are not acting as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or licensed professionals

Clients are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals before making business, legal, financial, or operational decisions

Implementation of any recommendations is done at the client’s sole discretion and risk

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Actively participate in consultations

Make independent decisions regarding their business

Nova Capital Consulting is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay Consultant the agreed-upon consulting fee as outlined in a separate written invoice, proposal, or payment agreement.

Fees may be structured as:

One-time fee

Monthly retainer fee

Project-based fee

All fees are due according to the agreed payment terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

While we aim to provide valuable insights and recommendations, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, revenue increases, or business performance.

Business results vary based on many factors beyond our control.

6. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Nova Capital Consulting may, at its discretion, offer satisfaction-based considerations on a case-by-case basis. Any such consideration does not constitute an ongoing guarantee or obligation.

Refunds, if any, are determined solely by the Company and must be requested in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Capital Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose confidential information shared during consultations, except:

To service providers assisting in business operations

Clients are responsible for protecting their own confidential information shared outside our engagement.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, and recommendations provided by Nova Capital Consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
